Crockpot Chicken Noodle Soup

Hey guys! Is it sick time in your house too? or just in the mood for some yummy soup? Well, I have a super easy recipe for you, that you can just throw into the crockpot! Can't get better then that!

First gather all your ingredients. I prepped this ahead of time so I apologize now for not having a picture. You will need:

3-4 chicken breasts
8 medium carrots
6 celery stalks
1 yellow onion
3 cloves of garlic (check out my tip I just posted below!)
3-15 oz cans of Swanson chicken broth
garlic powder
pepper
rosemary
thyme
2 cups uncooked pasta (pick your fav!)

Add all the chopped veggies and garlic into your crockpot. Before this I added a crockpot bag for was cleanup.

Top with chicken breasts. I used the costco frozen breasts because that is what I had on hand, however, fresh would be a lot better.

Add seasonings in amount you would like. I enjoy adding in extra when it comes to the crockpot. Pour all of the broth into the crockpot.

Cover with lid and let cook 6-8 hours on low or 4-6 hours on high.

After cooking time, add in noodles and stir. Let sit for about 10 more minutes or until noodles are soft. Mix one last time. Serve and enjoy! If you separate this into 16 servings, it comes in at 215 calories!

Hope this makes life easy and yummy!

Hugs and loves,
Mariah
