Cilantro Lime Chicken

Hey guys! Another recipe! Super yummy cilantro lime chicken. This can be served in a number of ways. We chose corn tortillas, but it could be served over rice or really however you'd like.

First, gather your ingrediants.

You will need:
5-6 limes
1 yellow onion
a bunch of cilantro
3-4 chicken breasts
1-15 oz can of chicken broth
olive oil
salt, pepper, garlic powder

Cut Chicken into bit sized squares and add to a hot pan with 1 tbsp olive oil. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Once the chicken had cooked on the outside, add in the onion and sauté together. Then squeeze in the juice from the limes over top.

Cover in trimmed, clean cilantro.

Cover with lid and let simmer for around 20 min.

Uncover and let simmer for around 5 more minutes until the sauce has boiled down a bit. Then serve however you would like!

If you separate into 10 servings this comes out to 101 calories/serving!
Thanks for reading! Hope you try it!

Hugs and loves,
Mariah
