To start, gather all your ingredients.
You'll need 16 oz ground chicken breast, about 4 medium carrots, 1 medium onion, 3 garlic cloves, a bunch of green onions, a head of lettuce (only if you want lettuce wraps) 1-3 tbsp siracha sauce (depending on how spicy you'd like,) ginger powder, 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp white wine vinegar, and 1/4 cup hoisin sauce. Chop all veggies, besides lettuce, to have prepared ahead of time.
Add 1 tbsp olive oil into a heated skillet, then add in ground chicken.
Brown chicken and strain, leave in strainer or pour into another bowl and set aside.
Add the remaining olive oil, followed by carrots, onion, and garlic. Sauté until onions are clear, and carrots are soft.
Add in remaining sauces, green onions, and ground chicken. Stir until the sauce is distributed evenly.
And thats all! Easy to make and super yummy! Should only take around 20 minutes and comes in at 109 calories if you make 16 lettuce wraps (which should be easy!) Thanks for reading!! Till next time!
